We collect your personal data in order to personalise your management training plan and monitor your progress. We use this information to tailor training activities to your personal needs and to evaluate your improvements over time.

The personal data collected includes information such as heart rate, weight, body composition, blood analysis, stress levels, sleep data, cognitive efficiency and managerial and physical exercise completion data. This data is entered directly by users and integrated via APIs provided by our partners.

Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is the provision of the Leadabeelity service.

Use of Personal Data

Your personal data is summarised into indices and compared with theoretical expected values in order to “adjust” your training according to your personal pace of progression.

Sharing of Data with Third Parties

Your personal data is never shared with third parties.

Data security

We implement security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access or misuse.

Data Retention and Deletion

Daily detail data is kept as long as necessary to calculate a weekly average and then archived in an anonymised form. Summary data is retained throughout the period of the training programme to assess progress. The data is deleted after 12 months of the training plan.

User Rights

You have the right to unsubscribe from the service and request deletion of the data collected. You also have the right to request a copy of your personal data.

Notification of Privacy Changes

Any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated by email and notification in the app.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan.
